With a background in data science, I’ve led product design at early-stage startups where success meant discovering what could work, not just refining what did. These environments demanded speed, focus, and clear thinking under pressure.

Choosing to be there meant owning not just the work, but its outcomes. I learned to validate every design decision for impact because with limited time and resources, guesswork wasn’t an option.

That experience now gives me the ability to work fluidly across any org size, bringing clarity, momentum, and intent to whatever stage the product is in.
